SF Parks Alliance is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and helping you make the most of your time on the Internet within a trusted environment. Information We Collect
To receive certain benefits of using the Websites, you may be required to provide your personally identifiable information, including name, email address, physical address, phone number, job titles, credit card information, and other employment and background information (“Personal Information”). If you do not agree with the collection of this Personal Information, you should not use the Websites. Website Use Information
Our web servers may collect the IP address of visitors to our Websites. This information may be aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the Websites, pages viewed, etc. Such information is not considered Personal Information under this Privacy Policy. We may use this information to measure the use of our Websites and to improve the content we offer. We may share with third parties this experiential information or other data on an aggregated basis without the use of any information that personally identifies you.

If you choose to interact with the Websites in ways including but not limited to purchasing or renewing your SF Parks Alliance membership, registering for SF Parks Alliance events and programs, applying for a job with SF Parks Alliance, and submitting information, including on any SF Parks Alliance web-based forms, we will retain the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and consider your request. You also agree that we may use any information that you provide for our general purposes, and may share it with our affiliates and third parties, only as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you provide us with an email address or telephone number, you expressly agree that we, or our authorized agents, can use that number to contact your about your account, or about SF Parks Alliance and its associated activities.
We may keep any information that you provide to us indefinitely.
Social Network Activities
Our Websites include the ability for you and other users to link to social networking websites. As a result, we may receive information about you when you choose to post or otherwise share information about our Websites on these social networking websites. We may use such information about you in a variety of ways, including to administer the Websites and enhance your experience with the Websites, and to communicate with you about the Websites and new offerings or activities associated with the Websites. We may keep all of this information indefinitely.
Financial Transactions
When you engage in any financial transaction through our Websites, you will be asked to provide certain of your financial information. We accept payments through Classy, a third-party payment processor. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Classy, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
Opting Out of Communications
If you no longer want to receive emails from SF Parks Alliance on a going-forward basis, you may opt out of receiving emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of certain emails that you receive or, if you have an online account, you may log in to your account and make changes to your communication preferences. If you are having difficulty unsubscribing using the above methods, please contact us directly at the email or phone number listed below under Contact.
Please allow ample time for us to process your request. However, please note that even if you opt out from receiving emails, we will send you service-related communications and may need to keep information we have collected about you for record-keeping, research and other purposes.
Disclosing Information to Third Parties
We will not share, rent, sell or otherwise disclose any Personal Information that we collect about you through our Websites, except in any of the following situations:
- You request or authorize the release of your Personal Information.
- We may use the Personal Information we collect from you to fulfill your requests, manage the Websites, communicate with you about membership, events and programs, conduct research and analysis, and other SF Parks Alliance activities.

While we try to link only to websites that share our standards and respect for privacy, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties or the content of linked websites. Child Privacy
If you are under the age of 13, please do not use or access the Websites in any way. It is not our intention to and we will not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from any child under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected any Personal Information from children under the age of 13, we will promptly delete such information from our databases.
