This oasis of flowers and trees is nestled between two rows of historic Victorian-era homes.

Though it doesn’t offer much in the way of amenities (a beautiful brick walkway, quaint lawn, benches, and a few flowerbeds), the park is stunning.

  • Did you know that this brick pathway that flanks this park was originally called Japan Street? Prior to World War II and the Japanese Internment, this area was populated primarily by Japanese residents. The Issei garden, named for the first generation of Japanese Americans, honors the Japanese residents who were interned and displaced.
