Connecting the four corners of San Francisco, the Crosstown Trails run through hidden trails, public parks, shopping corridors, tiled stairways, and community gardens. The trails are the work of a small group of local volunteers who believe in building community and healthy adventuring outdoors.
The original Crosstown Trail connects San Francisco from the southeast to the northwest, and the group’s new Double Cross Trail connects the southwest and northeast corners of the city.
We love the variety of ways you can experience the Trail – you can walk, bike, or run the entire length, or just a section! Whatever way you go about it, the Crosstown Trail is a great way to get some fresh air and explore the city!
