About The Rec. Center Halloween Carnival

The Gene Friend Rec. Center Halloween Carnival was created to give children and families a safe space to enjoy all of the best aspects of Halloween. This event is open to the general public, so bring the whole family and get ready for the festivities!

About The SFPA 

The SFPA or San Francisco Parks Alliance is a nonprofit organization that has been working with the community for nearly 50 years to help encourage our neighbors to get out and make the most of their public spaces. We focus on collaborating with our fellow San Franciscans and various partners around the Bay Area to champion beautification projects, public space initiatives, and engagement through a variety of free weekly and monthly events.
