SF Porchfest is an annual street festival that reflects the creativity and diversity of San Francisco with an afternoon of music on the porches, backyards, and stoops of the Mission District.
Every year, SF Porchfest draws people out to a variety of spaces for a full day of performances from local artists working in diverse genres and styles. Venues have included private residences, like stoops, garages, and backyards, and local businesses and parklets. The event series started in 2015 and has since hosted over 150 bands at more than 55 venues.
We love how this group is bringing together the Mission community and beyond to create a shared experience that quite literally invites people into their neighbors homes.
