Muriel Leff Mini Park

Muriel Leff Mini Park is a small and beautiful green space located in the Richmond District.

In collaboration with SF Rec & Park, Muriel Leff, and the local community, SF Parks Alliance completed the renovation of this mini park in spring 2023 featuring a new nature play area, boulders, dry creek bed, picnic tables, and plantings.

About

Muriel Leff Mini Park is a great place for kids to come and play in the sandbox and nature play area, for dog owners to come and ogle at the pet wall, and for anyone to stop for lunch at one of the parks many seating areas. The space featured weekly ‘Jazz Thursdays’ in 2022, and recently underwent a renovation thanks to the commitment and efforts of Muriel Leff, as well as the many community members who worked together to make this park a reality!

Get Involved

The neighborhood is looking to restart a “Friends of” group for Muriel Leff Mini Park, and would love for you to join! There are opportunities to plan gardening days, new programming and community days, as well as the need for ongoing stewardship and maintenance.
