JFK Promenade
SF Parks Alliance supports a car-free JFK Promenade.
SF Parks Alliance is committed to expanding the public realm and ensuring that San Francisco’s parks and public spaces welcome and belong to everyone. JFK Promenade achieves these goals by adding 1.5 miles of public space which has proven to be a safe space for kids, seniors, skaters, strollers, cyclists, runners, tourists and many others to enjoy Golden Gate Park.
Golden Gate Park is a point of pride and joy for San Francisco, and SF Parks Alliance proudly supports the newly created JFK Promenade, which provides additional space for all to recreate safely within the park.
