Candidate Questionnaire Answers
On October 3, 2022, SF Parks Alliance hosted the Public Space Forum at the Golden Gate Bandshell, a discussion with Board of Supervisor candidates on the public space issues you care about in anticipation of the November 2022 election.
Prior to the Forum, all candidates for District Supervisor were given the opportunity to complete our questionnaire to explain their views on parks and public spaces in San Francisco. View their responses below to learn about their stances on COVID- era public space programs, the biggest challenges facing SF parks, and city permitting processes.

This questionnaire is solely for the purpose of public education regarding SF parks matters, intended solely to solicit the views of Supervisor candidates on diverse issues relating to San Francisco parks to provide information to the public on the candidates’ views and proposals. The San Francisco Parks Alliance does not endorse or oppose candidates for office. Citizens should only use the information from answers to this questionnaire in combination with assessing other qualifications of candidates including information regarding candidate positions on other issues.
