We Are OMI is a neighborhood group dedicated to supporting the OMI community through promoting neighborhood pride, beautification, solidarity, and safety.

The group formed Friends of the OMI Mini Parks in order to support the local green spaces that they feel are vital to building and maintaining strong communities. The mini parks that they help steward include: 

The Friends believe that parks are public goods meant to serve the surrounding communities. As stakeholders in the OMI, they recognize the importance of their role as park stewards to ensure that these spaces continue to thrive and serve the community as intended.

The Friends encourage you to join them for neighborhood clean-ups and community building events where you can get to know  your neighbors, local businesses, and other OMI community-based organizations and leadership.
